Now you are getting the point. The big spenders are the ones who are killing the system. If MMM had pegged it at 200k max and deviced a means of stopping multiple accounts, the scheme would never go down.

Do you know how many bankers convinced their customers to liquidate their fixed deposit to invest in MMM? Telling them the max they can get from the bank is 5 percnt monthly while MMM can give them 30percent. On the average, some banks branches fixed deposit nationwide dropped a small percentage because people removed their money to invest in MMM.

I beg to disagree with this your submission. MMM needs an endless stream of people joining for it to survive. Limiting the number of people joining would have caused the system to crash or die quickly. The originator or promoters of the scheme know this hence their aggressive marketing strategies to lure more zombies into their trap.

The primary problem with mmm is that people don't produce anything or sell anything with the money. All they do is PH, wait for 30 days, GH then immediately PH again. In doing this, they are creating a circle of debt every 30 days. This debt becomes bigger as more people join and as time elapses.

To cover this debt, you need more zombies to join.. Hence the dilemma.

MMM has 2 million members right? If each PH just 20,000 then the total PH value in the system will be 40 BILLION. In 30 days, this amount will automatically translate into a debt of 52 BILLION. (30% X 40 BILLION + 40 BILLION)

Who will pay this sum? Who will pay this 40 BILLION plus an additional 12 BILLION?

Please don't tell me Mavrodi and his goons will dash you guys the money they make from worthless traffic that goes to their site. Besides, which site will generate 52 BILLION or even 12 BILLION in a month?

Well, the simple answer is that MMM needs new members and new money to clear it's old debt and create new one.
