I have done some work like that in that area, your budget should be around 4mil to 5mil.
But to get good estimate, get your building plan first,coz u will need to base your estimations on it.

that area is a no go area .. with d way development is not rapidly growing in there . that road is a death trap. from mile 2 to badagry no good road even in okaran side a newly developed place is very local and no means development and livelihood . no nepa light there . many people who have land there have abandoned their land their looking for buyers . I do t know why I got to buy la d In. that kind of place . right now if I see d person that Induce me to buy la d there I kind of shooting that person ... gusssshhhh
