ugybabe2020:How constantly do you have it? Well for me, I sneeze almost everytime b4. So I was advice to avoid taking too much cold water (if at all do away with it). Also the rate with which I consume garri enh! I was told to reduce that too and I normally tak pyritin Or procold when I av running nose. Only if this can help 1 Like |
