They were caught today at area 8 Garki Abuja trying to steal cable from the ground. Recession should not be blamed for acts like this because people who do not indulge in criminal activities are still surviving. See pictures below:

tomorrow you will see people like this who destroy infrastructure sit down in front of the TV and point fingers at someone in the TV and blame them for the troubles of the country. meanwhile, they are the same people who will turn around and vandalize the little we are getting from the polithiefcians.
