If ur 100k is spare money, you can spare it by ph.
But if it is not, don't even consider ph. use your money
to something else or even sow a seed with it.

It is better your account is blocked than you loosing your money which is even more likely now.

Why are you telling her to pay when people are not able to get help? can't you ask yourself who is recieving the money?
Another issue is the problem of 31.000 maximum withdraw,if you have PH since december,that means your Mavro should be matured at the moment and now they have matched you to pay 100k when your maximum withdrawal is just 31k.It actually means you will lose 69k use your brain
And the worse is,nobody is able to withdraw the 31k at the moment
