none at the moment, i think most bank local cards have been disabled for international spend

Not true.
FCMB allows international payment on their Naira debit cards.
I know someone who made purchases online via their debit card.
But there is a limit though, one can't spend above a certain amount.

yea...very true..I use it to make purchases 100 dollars max in a month.

You purchased 100 dollars or items worth 100 dollars? Even with GTBank naira card, you can purchase dollars in a registered account but can't use it to buy items directly unlike before.

Fcmb charge 410/$ and is the only bank that allow international payment ,i tried UBA And GTB None of them work since 18 jan 2017
