get reasonable characters to mediate and you get a quick result., the presence of buhari with all the human right abuse bad record, illiterate, not fluent, incoherent sentences, even annoyed Jammeh the more
Why wailers, especially from the land of red mud erosion ravaged kingdoms of Biafra are always obsessive with anything Buhari?
When it was revealed that Buhari would lead the ecowas team to pursued Jammeh to leave, they started wailing why their hero, the ineffectual buffoon was not considered instead. They even alleged that Jammeh decided to renag his earlier acceptance to defeat because of Buhari.
When Jammeh attempted to prove stubborn and ecowas decided to take military action, they sow in the bully only Buhari's name. One of them in the senate even questioned the constitutionality of Nigerian sending troop their to enforce ecowas will.
Now that Jammeh has been cowed by the presence of ecowas forces to leave, meaning will of the Gambians is enforced, Buhari is still the bad guy.
Just yesterday, some of them took to streets hoping to provoke peace loving nigerians in the name of celebrating Trump and made themselves objects of targets practices for our security but later turned back to blame Buhari.
Nevertheless, eventhough you wailers wail blood to river, that would not change the fact that a certificateless Buhari defeated your Ph.d hero. In fact, History would be taught one day that Nigerians took wise decisions when they rejected one ineffectual buffoon with a Ph.d when he took them for granted & attempted to go for a second tenure after his first shoot as president was disaster and embraced an illiterate, not fluent President Buhari whose effectiveness, efficiencies, charismatic leadership, prudent resources management, incorruptible stands, integrity, blunt & straightforwardness, assertive decision, uncompromised attitudes, stunts & strong hearted posture, fearful body language, etc bequeathed a nigeria full of opportunities, real & diversified economic, corruption free, strong, effective & efficient security, strong governmental institutions, and political secured country.

if he was a president of a bigger country i know he would not surrender so easily even though he lost his life in the process (Ghaddafi as a case study)

That's an IF. And even if he did the question is what's their strength against the ecomig.

Why die for one man who has perpetuated himself in power for over 2decades and the whole region is practically ready to fight you.

Even if he had loyal soldiers some would mutiny and leave him and his supposedly well equipped army.

We all know that Egypt has a history of having a strong army, at least in Africa. Who knows about Gambia?

It serves him right not to have a fit for battle army. A man must acquire the capability to perpetuate himself before the encounter. If Ghadaffi had organized an election and lost and then decided not to leave, there is no nation in the entire continent of Africa that would have dared raised an army to visit his neighbors not to talk of threatening him.

Ghadaffi routinely visited other countries around Africa with a show of force military contigent.
