This person will work with employees and managers in a professional manner. This position reports to the Corporate HR Manager. The schedule for this position is 8:00AM to 6:00PM, with a 1 hour lunch break.

Requirements

This position requires strong verbal and written communication. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 to 4 years HR generalist type experience, including employee relations, answering questions about benefits, on boarding, etc.

Qualification

• B.Sc./HND in Humanities, Social Science or Secretarial Administration
• 2 - 4 Year work experience in a similar role in HR
• Fluent in English (2 other languages is a plus)
• Good standard of written English
• Able to work under pressure
• Proven HR Experience within a factory setting
• Strong HR Experience in a varied generalist role
• Self-motivated and able to use own initiative to see what needs doing, rather than waiting to be asked.
• Well-spoken with an excellent telephone manner, to be easily understood.
• Excellent letter writing skills and clear use of English with accurate spelling and grammar.

It's a double-sided window...

I love God but many times I cheat on him by sinning. Yet the Bible instructs that I'm to prove my love to him by being obedient. U see how it conflicts...

So a man loves a woman and for a moment of weakness and wrong cheats on her.... By the rules of right and wrong that would tend to mean that he doesn't truly love her. But yet many times the man still claims that he loves his woman and was only momentarily weak.
It creates that same conflict...

You see...when a person is caught cheating, that one moment has a strong tendency to make the other partner forget all other ways s/he has been perfect, no matter how impressive they've been. But what about those other moments s/he could have cheated but didn't? That one moment s/he cheated (which the partner knows) doesn't disprove the love s/he'd shown by refusing to cheat ten other times (which the partner will most likely never know of).

But then, this only works where the one caught cheating is truly not cheating for sports. And unfortunately, we're humans and not God. We don't read minds; we can't tell whether there are those 10 other times or not; we can't tell for sure whether it was done for sports or not.

We can only TRY to understand. So, whatever happens next depends on how much the other partner understands, how much patience the other partner has and how much forgiveness s/he can afford.
