My friend overstayed his uk visa and was removed in June 2007 and given usual 10 year visa ban. His 10 year ban expires this year 2017 . Can he apply for new visas now in January or he has to wait till after June ? His wifenow has stay since last year but he thinks she will not be able to file for him until after the ban has expired. Is this correct ? |

Lexusgs430:Ooops his ban does not expire till 2018 . He says he was removed in 2008. Still one more year to go. |
