The report estimated that particular oil block to have an excess of 9 billion barrels of crude. Yet, some high-powered crooks paid peanuts to purchase it. That deal is the greatest rip-off of the century. The proponents and backstage owners of that oil block can go to any length to frustrate that case. They can deploy millions of dollars in resources to frustrate the EFCC on that case.
