This is becoming quite ridiculous. I find it hard to believe that this same man who had immeasurable goodwill from all and sundry less than two years ago has become the object of malicious intents.

Who do I blame? I blame Buhari. From the get-go, he screwed things up too much, he dithered too long and spoke from both sides of the mouth too many times to count. He has not shown the least vestiges of concern and empathy for the people of this country; he actively runs away from dealing with challenging _situations.

When the Nyanya, Mararaba, St. Theresa's Church bombings occurred, GEJ visited the people, the scenes. He was there on ground to monitor and assess the situation and give some sort of succor and emotional support to the people affected by those unfortunate events.

Buhari prefers to let his cronies do all the dirty work that is the responsibility of the President. Rann happened, the president did not jet out to Borno, Maiduguri was bombed so many times, the president never spoke a word to us -- he preferred to let his assistants handle such sensitive matters.

Then the worst of all: His kinsmen went beserk in Agatu and Southern Kaduna -- they murdered more than 3000 defenseless people in those two places but the president never said a word. He did not offer words of comfort and palliatives to the victims. His assistants did all the work.

Finally, I want to ask: Does Buhari even have a heart?

A president is the father of the nation. He is like the mother who comforts a crying child that tripped and fell on the playground. Does Buhari even know a few words from him in flesh is enough to calm frayed nerves in times of tension? He probably doesn't because he lacks empathy and emotional awareness.

I was docile in 2015, I promise to be very active in 2019 as we prepare to rid ourselves of this scourge called Buhari.

I shall do my best to rouse my non-politically inclined folks to get their PVC's and vote this tyrant out.

Even if I fail, I will still find peace in my heart knowing that I gave my best to my countrymen.
