wot is happening in Sinai is no difference from what BHT is doing to the Nigerian army right now or the running over of ur base in Somalia.

but the Saudi n uae are just a bunch a group of fun rich kid who are whipped by a ragtag militia.

Apparently, the report speculates it may have been ordered under Amaechi's term in office.

Owner did a no-show. It will only add to the logistical nightmare.
Probably VVIP configuration, rivers state should come and carry their helicopters, If not NAF leadership is now different I'll say there's an 80% chance they'll be used as VIP air taxis for high ranking officers instead of being utilized for combat duties.

I doubt if it's for rivers cos. wike will not take it easy with the FG
What can Wike do?. The choppers are useful for internal security operations or they could earn more than $50000 a week on lease to oil field operators. Most governors will deny ownership anyway.

I also spotted his comment in the Yahoo news comments section. I wonder why he is avoiding this site though? I'm sure he visits as a "guest" instead.
It would take incredible discipline to read the posts around and not make a comment especially during disputes. He's using one big chill pill I guess.

yes they are poor when comes to having boots on the ground but very few countries can out spend them when it comes to weapons acquisition recently they spent $29.4 billion for 84 F-15SA fighters,

They should have been given to the Police instead of the Air Force. The Police already fly a very sizeable fleet of Bell 412.

it's not the same situation

Sinai with Peace Treaty with Israel allows monitoring of Sinai by the Multinational Force and Observers, and limits the number of Egyptian military forces in the peninsula. so they are not free to build Barracks and strengthen their military forces in sinai . + the borders with gaza that's why terrorist can move a little in sinai .

in another hand saudis armed force have very good military capability , but they are invading another country, and fight against local guerilla groups and do not fight on their ground, so nothing comparable too. the big USA lost also in afganistan iraq vietnam ect ... The Saudi army is very well equipped (check their inventory shocked ) and they are very profesional too , their level must be close to the Egyptian army . also the situation in yemen is not easy , Yemen was divided into two countries (north yemen , south yemen ), they unified only in 1990 so we can said that they try to invade an autonomous country with all its population against them .

Nothing surprises me anymore. Even the armed Mi-17 is used as an air taxi sometimes.
