Someone died this morning at the Lagos State Teaching University hopsital becuase the hospital couldn't find their staff with the key to the oxygen control room. Pathetic  No wonder people keep going to private hospitals where the doctors are always on their toes even when they don't know what they are doing. When such patients die in the private hospital, people will be blaming the victim that he/She should have gone to government hospital. Just how? It's only in Nigeria I have seen Doctors and Nurses in government hospitals that they dont value lives. I shouted at one silly Nurse like that long time ago at LASUTH when she needed to attend to one of my aunt and the nurse was nonchallant towards attending to her. They value strike more than lives of patients. |
