Hello all, I want thank Almighty God for His favour and Mercy bestowed on me to start this project. To Him belong all Praises. Also, want to say a big THANK YOU to our amicable Engineers in property section Spyder, Abdulwastecx, Rotecch, Segcymoor, Segzy14, Skimanski, architect Ihebrooke ,ohh my able Chairman Hajji Mufutau and others too numerous to list here. Im very much inspired by your work as they have guided me in this project. thus saving me cost. I appreciate you all..... This is a Construction of a 3 bedrooms bungalow with the following features 1. Ante room with VISITOR toilet 2. Living room 3. Guess room 4. Boys Room 5. Master bedroom 6. Kitchen with store 7. Study room 8. Family area and 9. Dinning . Location of Project= Ibadan 1 Like

Materials used and cost for foundation 1. Pegging n nail N20,000 2. Granite 20 tonnes @ N 65.000 × 2 = N130.000 3. Sharp sand 20 tonnes @ 30k x 2 = N 60.0000 4. Block 9" @ 170 x 1000 = N 170.000 5. Cement @ 2150 × 50 = N 107.500 6. Water = N 7.000 7. Community development fee = N 25.000 8. Labour for foundation = N 80.000 9. Mics N 10.000 Total....................N609,5000 1 Like |

We purchase Water at the rate of 6k per trip Total number of Water tanker trip is 4 X N6,000 = N24,000.00

Preparation for German Floor....... We bought addition Materials to supplement the ones we have on ground 1. Cement 25 bags @ 2350 = 58,750.00 2. Mixer = 15,000.00 3. Water @ 6k X 2 = 12,000.00 4. Labour = 25,000.00 5. Wood and Transport = 40,000.00 6. Misc = 2,000.00 Total = N152,000.00 Total Money spent so far from Foundation to German Floor = N 1,005,500 1 Like |
