You can only apply to a university at a time in Austria (Österreich) because you always have to send your original documents to the school.

you noatrise the photocopies of the originals at any federal high court near you,the photocopies must bear a seal and stamp

Evidently the program you applied for has a Numerus Clausus. To be admitted with your current admission status will depend on other admitted students not taking up their admission and notifying the school on time so that it can be redistributed to other students. Infact no guarantees or sometimes you get admitted quite late will little time to process the student visa.
