Nigerian man Comr. Onyekachi Divine has erected a statue of ex-president Goodluck Jonathan. According to him,he did the project to show love to GEJ for his exemplary display of democracy, leadership to the country and contributions to the development of his alma mater (University of Portharcourt).

Coming from an enthnic minority in Nigeria I do believe Jonathan did his best yet didnt have the support he needed to be effective. Democracy is the problem in Africa, its a failed system, vote counting is always in question, leaders are always overburdened and need popularity to get anything done. I say Jonathan is a prime example on how Democracy doesnt work and never intended. Ase.

Jonathan did well for uni port according to d artist. He is also d father of true democracy which we all know. He at least deserves it for these two reasons. He might not have being perfect but he did some things right. Let's stop hating please
