Front view of the building....3d ....this is what we are trying to achieve at the end though we have done some modifications due to the size of the land....

Cost of materials to be use for setting of blocks...

1. 9" Block @ 180 X 2000 = 360,000.000

2. Sharp sand @ 21,000 X 4 = 84,000.00

3. Water @ 7k X 2 = 14,000.00

4. Cement @ 2350 X 30 = 70, 0000.00

5. 6" Block @ 160 X 300 = 48, 000.00

7. Labour = 120,000.00

Total = 696,000.00

Total amount from foundation = N1,701,500.00

2. Granite 20 tonnes @ N 65.000 × 2 = N130.000

3. Sharp sand 20 tonnes @ 30k x 2 = N 60.0000

4. Block 9" @ 170 x 1000 = N 170.000

5. Cement @ 2150 × 50 = N 107.500

6. Water = N 7.000

7. Community development fee = N 25.000

8. Labour for foundation = N 80.000

9. Mics N 10.000

Total....................N609,5000

We used more than 20 tons of granite and sharp sand for the foundation...For the block we used more than 1000 for the foundation because we double the wall at the back.

1. Ante room with VISITOR toilet

3. Guess room

4. Boys Room
