I have paid and sent evidence of payment. Countless emails. My nairaland account has still not been credited. This is not normal as this is not my first time of making payments. And there is no one to talk to. Crazy service. Whoever attends to these emails is doing a good job. I cant send any more emails. I intend to go back to the bank on monday with my teller to tell them its an invalid transaction. Its almost a week now. I don't see any reason why it should take that long.

Am sorry to say the operational structure of Nairaland is not at its best. There should be someone to always channel complaints to the necessary dept and follow up till resolution. Seun please assist here and i can always assist with a structured customer service platform.
