Actually, Wenger's problem is his lack of ruthlessness and dilly dallying in some situations, not due to lack of effort.

He's definitely not the one making Ozil looking shite in matches, but his lack of ruthlessness to show him the bench is the problem. He's too patient with some average players when he should be ruthless. I know I can't be in his shoe because I'm not that known for such patience.

Another is his over dependence on 4231 tactic. Tactic should be picked based on the kind of players you have in the team and seeing how the team has no good wingers and a weak central midfield that can't over compensate for Ozil invisibility in the no 10, a 4231 set up is a recipe for disaster. A 433 setup or 442 diamond setup would have been better for the team. Whichever ways, Coq shouldn't even be in the team in the first place.
