Please i need the help of bible scholars on this,is it appropriate to brush your teeth before fasting or after breaking the fast,which is more proper especially for working class people,thanks.

When you fast, you must appear healthy and clean so people wouldn't ask you what's wrong. Don't be like the Pharisees. When they fast, they intentionally appear dirty, pale on sack clothes.

You can only appear pale when there's no one to question you in the wilderness. Just you and God.

my point exactly but some believe brushing before fastings breaks d whole purpose,thanks for your brilliant explanation.
