MTN Datadeal Scam: Beware by ican2020(op): 6:04am On Feb 07, 2017
MTN DataDeal Scam
In the last one month or so, I have been getting below message option but I ignored it and on 4th February, 2017, I got the same message from MTN and after much hesitation, I decided to give a try by recharging and thereafter I dialed *131*103#.
Instead of MTN to keep to their own side of the datadeal of dialing *131*103#. To get 2G for 500 naira, they gave 500MB for 500 naira, what a wicked way to scam one’s client.

MtN should just do the needful and give me the data or refund my money.
I cannot waste N500 on stupid 500mb when Ntel gives me 1000 unlimited for solid 2 days
MTN, Scam is bad, give me my data
EFCC and other security agents should note this.
My number is 07065233091

Hi ican2020, I'm truly sorry about this experience, I wish to let you know that I currently run a thread here called the MTN Customer care https://www.nairaland.com/1379574/mtn-customer-care-thread/ where issues like this are resolved. You can dial *131*4# to check your data balance as you were already given the 2GB data. Regards
