Be careful where you get your Creatine in Nigeria. These guys can't be trusted  . You can get your workout supps at GNC, they have stores in Nigeria. Though they might be just a little pricey but you're sure of what you're getting and they have people (Biochemists & Pharmacists) that can explain these things better for you. That's where i shop!
