If only they would allow it to be implemented. Daughters and sons of the so called big men and women wont let it stand. In Naija the law is for some while others are above the law.Just a phone call the VC would beg the officials to look the other way. Unless the students would make the law themselves and implement it otherwise it wont last the test of time.

I still recall a student whose hair was cut because it was permed and the father came to school with scissors to cut off the teachers hair in revenge.
