I have my domain registered on domainking then I proceeded to purchase a hosting plan on qservers and I selected the option to transfer my domain from another registrar, I payed and everything was set, went to domainking and updated my nameservers to that of qservers but still the domain didn't transfer it still shows website not available. But I don't know if I have to update the nameservers on my qservers panel, if I have to do that were would I locate it.. Please I need help and suggestions.. This is my first time using qservers.. Thanks all

To transfer your domain from one registrar to another is pretty easy.

1) The domain has to be "UNLOCKED" at the current registrar. Look around your control panel to find where such an option is.
2) Every domain name has an "Authorization Code / EPP Code". The code will be provided by your current registrar. Again, look around your account control panel to see where applicable information can be found.
3) When you make a domain transfer request from registrar-A(old) to registrar-B(new), registrar-B will request for the code i #2(above). The request has to be authenticated, so please check your email.
With all things being equal, between 24hours, your domain should resolve at your new registrar.

Better still, why not must map your domain at your old registrar to your hosting at the new hosting company. In the control panel of your domain, just enter the ns-record information of your webhosting.
