Hi nairalanders and fellow poets, I'm greatly disappointed know that poets/spoken word artiste are not valued, acknowledged, recognised but are taken as unexisting.

Why are we treated this way? Most times our works are used but we are just seen as nobodies...why?
Why?? Whyhuh

I'm asking based on the world today.
And how many poets gain recognition nation wide compared to other forms of art?
