Before I Can Believe PMB Is Fighting Corruption

Part of the error and mistake committed by the EFCC under former president Jonathan was their inability to probe and prosecute the two NNPC GMDs, Alhaji Mohammed Sanusi Barkindo and Andrew Yakubu who were both sacked for corruption under the administration of GEJ. Why the former is now working with this current administration, the later has now been exposed by EFCC for keeping a whopping 9.3m dollars and 70 thousand pounds @ home. I will appreciate if our EFCC can also visit the house of Mohammed Sanusi Barkindo who is presently working with this government and also ransack his house as well for likely loot recovery. The anti corruption war can only succeed if those politicians that joined APC with corruption allegations hanging on their necks are also investigated for possible prosecution. That is when i can believe that PMB is fighting corruption

So long as you are now with this government you are not corrupt. Mr Yakubu had to be probed. You want some of that money to enter the hands of Southern Kaduna youths?
Alhaji Barkindo is for this government his house won't be raided at an ungodly hour by DSS nor the Efcc.
Welcome to the change we chanted and demanded for.

My own take is that government should audit NNPC account for the past 16 years if possible, and any one find to have stolen anything should be made to pay back.

GEJ did not sack a single person for corruption. He had undying love for corrupt personalities.

Andrew Yakubu was sacked, not for corruption, but for having issues with Diezani.

No report suggesting that Barkindo was also sacked for corruption. If you have any bring it forth.

Btw, we know GEJ was a sleeping duck, an ineffectual buffoon.

PREMIUM TIMES can authoritatively reveal that Mr. Yakubu, who spent two years in office, had to go after the Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke, accused him of insubordination over the appointment of a new Managing Director for the upstream subsidiary of the NNPC, the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company (NPDC).

Yakubu, who was appointed July 1, 2012, was the fourth GMD of NNPC in the about five-year reign of the minister.
This newspaper learnt that while the former NNPC boss made a case for an engineer with a sound technical background to be appointed for the company responsible for NNPC’s oil exploration and production operations, reliable presidency and industry sources say the minister wanted a lawyer she considered a loyalist.
