Una no de tire with all this bs una de yarn since yesterday? So the housemates are supposed to be poor before they can deserve the 25m? Na so una envy their lives reach? All the 4,000 people that auditioned for the show spent enough mulla in the whole process involved in getting to the house, poor man fit spend that kind amount?. The fact is that although majority of the housemates are in the entertainment industry and are a bit comfortable in life, it doesn't mean that they are rich and successful so all of them deserve the money since they have made it to the house. This isn't "big brother naija: poor man's version", so I can't quite understand the bs that I constantly read here every day. Please if you don't like the show, it is simple, no watch again, in fact no talk about am again, channels plenty for dstv to watch. Stop disturbing us with your sh'tological posts here.

As for those who are still shouting "na connection the housemates take use enter house" upandan, except you can provide facts to back up your claims please shut the f'ck up and let us focus on the show without all these useless yarns abeg.

Again yesterday someone was yarning okpaks about how biggie manipulates the show lowkey and as usual so many of una no waste time before una start to the hail am upandan for saying something irrelevant, Nigerians and their follow the crowd mentality. Unless I'm deaf I seem to have heard numerous times when biggie and ebuka mentioned the fact that "BIG BROTHER HAS THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE RULES OF THE GAME AT ANYTIME HE WANTS" so if he wants 5 people to be nominated for eviction this week and 3 or 7 next week nobody can question him because he has the ability to do so. If you no like am then stop watching the show.

Remember this is a reality game show with flexible rules, and don't expect the person you carry for mind to win especially when voting is involved in winning the mulla.

Nigerians, constantly feeling the need to drop names to intimidate other people. Forgerrit most of these people are broke. I don't think a majority of them have seen 25 million before, even the way they eat would tell you. I think the show just gave a preference to people with past experience in entertainment so that they can have an interesting house, you know how every job in Nigeria now is based on experience. But as usual, these people have proved that experience isn't always everything cuz they bore me most times.

Travelling out of the country doesn't put money in your pocket, it removes money, if you are good at what you do, the people you work for would sponsor your trip. And hanging out with celebrities? A lot of broke people hang around celebs.

To buttress your point, if i remember clearly the likes of Elikem, Melvin, Ice queen, O'neal and even Beverly were in the entertainment industry even before BBA, so i dont know what is peculiar to this our own BBN. These pple u see on the screen are not all that, it's just hype.
I rmbr Bisola saying she saved 1m for a year which is reasonable for an upcoming actress like her. People need to stop overflogging this "they are not even poor" issue. They are not rich, they are just upcoming and trying to make ends meet. And BBN is just another platform to sell yourself.
So please if you wont vote, dont vote. Dont drag others with you. It's not even like when these guys come out they will share the money with us, na just love.

Most of the people who enter BB House (Whether BBNaija or BBAfrica or BBBrazil) are people breaking into the entertainment scene.

It has never really been a show for just regular people.

What's all this fuss about who get connect and who no get?

*Big Brother Africa: The Gospel of Immorality*

By Olalekan Olatunbosun O.

I stand to be criticized. This is my opinion, you may not see it the way i do. I won't longer bury my chin in my palm as the entertainment industry keeps promoting sexual pervasion, promiscuity and moral decadence of the highest order at the detriment of the African's culture and religious values.

It is no doubt that the Big Brother Africa, a reality television show is a household name. It is a reality television show in which a group of people gathered and are confined in a large house - isolated from the outside world. They are made to live together under the surveillance of the camera. It is always characterized by the concoction of characters and personalities.

I have no issue with the fact that the show promotes unity among Africa countries but I am alarmed by the dire consequences on our culture and moral values.

I don't really want to dwell on their previous shortcomings but what forced me to write this piece. I stumbled on a news from on how one 'Coco Ice' pulled out her breast and a fellow contestant Bassey melted his mouth on her nipple for three minutes in a Truth and Dare Game - aired.

What type of game on earth would have prompted a responsible lady go into such shameless and awkward act? I am sure she is dreaming of becoming a mother someday, the kind of kids she would raise still baffles me.

I stand to be corrected, the funds and energy channeled towards this show could have made better impact if channeled towards education in Africa especially the lagging SDGs. The concept of this show demands urgent review. We cannot keep watching moral decadence being promoted among this dispensation. The TV must stop offering us junks but information.

The adoption and unnecessary attention we gave to the Western Culture is gradually ruining our values as Blacks. We must accept the fact that fingers are made before forks. Our fingers is our ideal way of life that promotes moral and good virtues and not what Big Brother Africa is offering us.

This is not to defame it organizers and participants, but we must all stand for morals. Enough of those erotic actions, we need to see talents utilized and our culture valued. We need more that the gospel of immortality but of talents in exhibition and cultural appreciation.

Reality is though and its not always all that we imagine it will be. We humas have that tendency to always want to escape our reality, even if it's for a fleeting moment.
It's why we try to believe movies, in other to enjoy them, and don't we pay for the service? Even though we know that by so doing, we enrich these people even more.
Enjoy this programe in the same vein, lose yourself in the moment and enjoy as you would a movie.
Voting on this show, adds the extra tingle of excitement, because then you know you had a say, and it really makes discovering the results, that much more exciting.
But as with everything else, the terms states that the rules can be changed at any time.
So even if you vote, dont expect the outcome to depend entirely on your votes... Its a pure case of dining with the devil.
