The police will leave their job and be chasing Innocent citizens in the name of Roger.
To reduce crime and accident all cars should be registered and do regular vehicle check to see if they are road worthy e.g MOT

Make sure all cars has insurance even if it's third party.

All drivers should have drivers licence with them at all time that when stopped they can identify their selves.

Punishable offence for drink driving regardless of your status in the country... no more do you know who I am mentality as no one is above the law.
That car should have had a registered address and owner... if the system is working.

Is the lady dead?
Why can't you ask her what happened?
How come you snapped a speeding car so clearly?

Next time try to give us complete news. Interview the lady if she's alive and get back to us!

How are we sure this accusation is not spurious. We just see a car and they want us to believe the car threw someone.
So we just believe only your part and arrest the person right?
They don't arrest. They investigate. There is a difference between the two.

He doesn't have to be arresteedddd oooooo.
He could even be invited and asked to show at their station. It is when he doesn't play ball that he may be arrested.
He would be tracked down taken in and questioned.
Me I don't know how else to explain it.

He was reasonably suspected

Haba, don't say this pls.

In Abuja, esp that stadium airport rd, Jabi rd too are known for high level of rituals and 419ners who operate as cab drivers.

I have been a victim once. You will enter their cab innocently, thinking they are in transport biz, only for you to be robbed and push away from a moving car.

To even make it worst, even Abuja painted taxi cab are also into the system. No one is safe .

As someone with high forensic specialty, that alarm raised by that girl is highly flawed, a couple of things don't add up.

having ran a scan on that vehicle, it has a single occupant (the driver), the time of the day picture was taken too is a no for such an act to be carried out without other commuters noticing.

judging from that pic the said Golf was almost in cruising mode, wasn't transiting on high speed.

might be a false alarm by the complainer, aimed at achieving something sinister, speaking from personal experience.

So? If arrest is allowed and it doesn't mean guilt, to enable police investigate her claims.
why are you against ? As according to you he Must first be arrested.
I still insist that he doesn't have to be treated as a criminal but he can be tracked down and the case investigated.

A police man or a member of the armed forces has the right to arrest whom he reasonably suspect
