Please do not discourage others that want the job..........How many jobs have you created?

Insurance marketing isn't a job. A job that is strictly commission based so without bringing any good business, you're worst off than people sitting at home without a job because u keep spending ur own money lookin for business without any reimbursement by the Insurance company.

So you think it is so terrible to pay people only based on how much good business they can deliver? You think a real job is one which someone shows up in the office everyday, and gets paid at the end of the month, even if their productivity is zero.

My dear, when you start running your own business, you will revisit these questions.
