You're a dunce ooo. If you didn't hear about this woman then you didn't hear about the "Ogoni clean up".
And what's the current status of the Ogoni cleanup? It's not so much about starting something but finishing it.

A job in the UN is not profitable than a Local Government Chairman in Nigeria but its more globally recognized, respected and envied. A UN job will take you to places free, where the devil will even need a visa to enter. A job in UN is top class and her position equally rival that of a president. Moreover she can multitask her UN job and that of a Nigerian minister because it's impossible. And lastly a job in UN will boost your CV and it's an escape route from a clueless, no blueprint and recession suffering economy.
Good points there but I don't see reasons why you should have disagreed with the fact that a UN top job is more PROFITABLE than that of a Nigerian minister. It is very clear especially at this recessing period when dollar is comfortably repressing the Naira. I don't know if you understand what I am saying. At entry level of a UN skilled job, you get paid no less than untaxable $3,000/month not to talk of the number 2 position of the organization.

Dollars don't affect the elite in Nigeria because they are being paid in dollars not Naira. The Naira is a smock screen to the wealthy and only accepted by the common man.

But how did she clinch that job without a first degree? shocked Anyway, that has nothing to do with me. My concern is what will happen to the clean-up of the Ogoni area in the Niger-Delta, once she leaves. They made plenty speeches in front of plenty cameras about the issue, last year.... but till now, nothing has been done. Wetin dey happen? huh

Sorry man but no one is cleaning up ogoni because the money has been given as bribe to government officials by the oil companies during exploration. And except a spare $13 billion dollars can be found in space, ogoni will remain like that for years to come.

UN officials are broke people compare to an average Nigerian politician. You are not in the Nigeria political system or got relatives (I guess) so you have no idea. Yes her popularity is high as I stated before but her earnings are "home fees" compared to a Nigerian politician. Understand that no Nigerian politician is paid in Naira but dollars so don't be deceived by the smoke screen of Naira earnings you see. If majority of Nigerian know what's going backdoor, we will tear this country apart.

True talk but she's been in politics too for a while and felt like going for the international recognition.
