Cut off mark is out, universities 180 while polytechnics and college of educations are 150.

If you didn't meet any of the cut off mark or you did not write jamb at all, you can still apply for yabatech part time form. If you buy early, your admission is 90% sure, dont wait till when people are too much and the school is no longer admitting people

HND full-time is two years while part-time is three years. Part time also goes on strike like full-time but it doesn't last long like that of full-time.

Forget about which project is harder and go for the program that would be suitable for you.
