Sometimes ago, sanity ruled and was applied as yardstick to gratify beauty and decency.

Back when beauty was not about nudity and immorality but more about the strength of your character and the content of your mind.

Beautiful Okun Yoruba woman.

What pains me the most though is, you will see someone named Oyelude Atinuke yet she will be termed a northerner by virtue of our colonial masters' erroneous geographical classification which no one has bothered to rectify till date.

We okun people are Yorubas and deserve to be classed with our kinsmen in the West, not made a negligible minority in the North!!!
What is wrong with being a "negligible minority"?

The same way it pains me to hear Igbo names like Chibuike Amaechi, Peter Odili, Elechi Amadi, Chinda Dike, Ifeanyi Okowa and people classify them as none Igbos because of the useless country that is poised in dividing and ruling us.

Mama still looks very beautiful. Even more than when she was young. Because they flaunt their natural beauty and don't destroy their skins with make up like fools of today.
All in all sha,Africans are really blessed and Africans dont wrinkle if they live healthy. If na oyinbo, she for don be like ......
only God knows what these bleaching fools we have today would look like at this pretty grandma's age. bleaching is what bleeps up the skin the most. I know some old women I heard they used to bleach when they were young . the bleaching makes them look like monsters now. Africans are blessed with good skin but bleaching is what the bleachers are using to finish themselves . they bleach now and think that's all not knowing it's just for the moment . hmmmn

When compared to Miss Nigeria 2016, you'll see that we missed it somewhere. unclothedness is a virtue today, little wonder the country is in recession.
Just wondering.... What does unclothedness have to do with recession?

Is bleaching really good for a moment? If it is then you should understand most people only live(enjoy) for the moment. If it's not, state it plainly and stop giving people more reasons to bleach.

As far as I can see, in the 1957 pic she wore no make-up at all. Yet she looks naturally beautiful. Lesson for the lost generation of today.
