11million will take you to roof carcass 3million for all roof work for (long span roofing sheet) then plastering,electrical wiring and fittings,plumbing and sanitary wears fitings,tiling,doors,Windows,wardrobes and kitchen cabinet etc keep 20million.... total 35million plus minus.... mail me for your building design bueze24@gmail.com

This is not a comedy platform

The estimate should be around 10million naira depending on the quality of the desired finishing.Good and superb finishing wouldnt cost anything less than 12million naira.
