It will cost 16.5m using aluminium roofing sheet long span,sliding window,pvc ceiling,twyphod w/c,wardrobe and kitchen cabinet,electrical fitting,painting.

To achieve your aim. You will need btwn #1.5m to 2.3m for each of them with a locally based finishing and without over site concrete,..the locally based finishing should be on doors,..windows,..floor finishing and roof with embellishments,..then contingencies on site with fluctuations can either help you positively or negatively...Arcjonsults ltd..Anambra State 07061209159
