I have a hole in my tooth for as long as I can remember..lemme say even for the past 20 years. .and it has never for once given me a slight pain at alll!!!!!.though my oral hygiene is very very good. No plagues on my teeth. Good breath always. But wen I notice food particles like bones get stuck in dere. I just pick a toothpick and remove it .I will even shook the toothpick inside the hole.to see if I can get any pain. .still I feel no pain at alll..sometimes I use a needle to shook it. No pain at all..how do u see this. But i have once used a hard brush..long ago ..

Yours is an ARRESTED Caries! When the whole started developing years ago, there was a Drastic improvement in your Oral Hygiene practice causing the progression to be Halted!
Treatment may really not be necessary! Just maintain your good oral hygiene! Brush with a flouride containing paste

I am a registered member with FMC, (Oyingbo -Yaba), I do go there for dental scaling. like twice now, I have been charged for about N2,000 on each and most people that have more particles to be cleaned are charged more than that.
