I will sugest u go to Gbagada phase 1 there, u wld av access to good road ntw, security ........
I personally consider that place centre of Lagos because it connects you every where u want to go easily
Gbagada to the Airport (easy)
Gbagada to the island. (Easy)
Gbagada to surulere. (Easy)
Gbagada to ikeja/Alausa (easy)
Gbagada to ibadan express (easy)
Compared to Ajao estate where u wld experience traffic in the morning when leaving and heavy traffic when returning in the evening due to bad road and canoe.
In terms of light, Ajao estate is divided into two.
1st set of residence which is between 7/8, junction down to Eleganza experience BETTER power supply than the 2nd set which is between eleganza and Chivita.
Ajao Estate don cast since Govt open Canoe Road.
