A lady identified as Chimuanya Debora Nzewi from Nnewi Local government in Anambra state was seen roaming at Ikare junction Owo in Owo local government of Ondo state. I pray somebody that knows her is reading this post. Mental illness is not something to laugh,or joke about as I see some writers below me doing. It can happen to anybody,and not all mental illness is drug related. Growing up,a secondary class mate of mine lost both parents a week apart,and it hit her bad,that she had a break down.
