Delta State Governor, Sen Ifeanyi Okowa, Former Delta State Governor Chief James Onanefe Ibori arrived the Otor-Agbon palace of the Ovie of Agbon Kingdom, HRM Mike Omeru, Ogurimerime, For 2017 Agbon Day Celebrations.

This is the first time the governor is seen in public associating with his close friend and predecessor James Ibori since return to Nigeria after his release from prison in the UK.
