Guys should just calm down about the GT issue.
I just spoke with one of there customer care agent and he said there is nothing like dat. He said it is still going on well that one shud keep on retrying if it is being declined as it may be due to network error.
Mean while, I uploaded 98$ from GT yesterday and 98$ with Access today even though they were initially declined about 5 times.
So, calm down and keep on retrying.

Another evidence that the fault is not from GT is that the issue of transaction declined is also occurring while trying to fund neteller account through skrill.
In conclusion, the fault is more likely to be from skrill.
