Is it possible to have a disease free world?

Human beings have built sky scrapers and have developed the most complicated technologies ever. But why are we still fighting to tackle all diseases. Ebola nearly swept entire country, just a tiny microscopic organism dealing with the full grown and intelligent animal ever.

We are discussing if a disease free world is possible, how will Africa contribute?

As we advance in technology, we just have to be conscious and think of negative impacts. Also we need to be deliberate in our activities to end diseases.
