"SMART CONNECT" SME DATA for cheap rates is run by Okoro Courage Oghenemaro and he is a scammer. He will either ask you to send recharge cards or pay into his ECO bank account after sending the "locked" data. And as soon as payment is made he stops taking your calls. BE WARNED.

I made a bank transfer and after that my worst fears were confirmed as already described. No chats. Voice calls. I looked up "smart connect" here at nairaland and found I wasn't his first victim. I have his real names because of the bank transaction.
