When an elected governor of a state of the Federal Republic of Nigeria comes out on television (AIT) to tell the whole world he did not want a democratically elected president then he has overstepped his bounds constitutionally.

Speaking to Gbenga Aruleba on Tuesday (21/2/17) on Focus Nigeria, the Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose expressly stated that he did not want Buhari from the onset. When asked by Gbenga Aruleba that even after his (Buhari) being democratically elected? The Ekiti governor replied he did not want him even now!

Definitely this response by Fayose is nothing but a rebellious pronouncement on a live TV programme. This is Treason!

It is over to the DSS and other security agencies to let Gov. Ayodele Fayose know that his immunity does not cover rebellious pronouncement to a democratically elected president.

Enough is enough.

Fayose hasn't committed any crime. He's just expressing his freedom of expression.

However, you are wrong.

We all preferred Gej in 2011 he spent 4 years. He was weighed and found wanting so we waited for the next election to reject him

It's not about hatred. Unlike Fayose that hates Buhari without waiting to see how he'll perform

The man Fayose expressed his own opinion. He does not want buhari as much as buhari also does not want him from all that have transpired in the polity so what is the crime in his voicing out his convictions?
What about those demonstrating against president Trumps presidency in USA? Should they be shot also as you suggested?

What is treason?
Loads of American still don't want Trump and they don't miss any opportunity to express such opinion, has anyone charge them for treason?
Where you come from there is no acceptability of dissenting opinion?
Millions of Nigerians dont LIKE the way he is running the country, are you going to accuse them of treason?
Grow up from your village mentality.
