Kigali voted as most beautiful city in Africa by United Nations yet ranks as the 7th worst city to live in Africa by this EPFL how sure are you that this rankers are not smoking weeds.

Before you all start writing rubbish about Abeokuta, remember this excerpt from the report

This means Abeokuta is considered one of the largest urban centers in Africa which automatically put Abeokuta above your city except you're from Lagos

Ibadan is worse than Abeokuta. Go to places like mapo, Bere, oke ado, popo yemoja, oojo, sabo, you will know what original slum is. I bet you if you stay in Bere for a week you can fall sick and be admitted. Reason been that in the whole of Bere, 95% of the houses don't have toilets and they are so compacted to each other like sardine

The whole south west are slumps,except Lagos.
