Forty-four students of Federal University of Technology, Minna (FUTMINNA) were asked to withdraw from the institution over poor academic performance and examination malpractice.

The university’s spokesperson, Mrs Lydian Ledgu, who said this in Minna, revealed that the affected students have been ordered to vacate the campus.

She said that 22 students were advised to withdraw due to poor academic performance while the 22 others were expelled for their involvement in examination malpractices.

“The university authority will not tolerate any act that will tarnish its highly earned academic standard,’’ Ledgu said.

When a student gains admission by presenting his NEPA BILL and 120 in Jamb, how would he understand dy/dx ? . When students concentrate only on past questions without understating course content ,what do you expect? When some of the lecturers are not qualified to lecture? When a lecturer teach you one thing (some of them do not even teach) and bring another thing in exam? To mention but a few
