Go for kii pro/ki plus.
Kii/ki plus comes with dual combo
That is to say u can use them both for free to air view and Android TV purposes. Kii pro is 2gig ram ki plus 1gig ram
Or x92 with 3gig ram.

I have Minix 8-H Plus. Great android box if you ask me.
Besides, who else is using dreamstreams.net IPTV services?
This is probably one of the best paid IPTV service i have used in a long while.
Buffering is almost none with my ntel internet

Data consumption,
HD view consumpt more data (300_400mb)
SD 250_350 mb

Kodi, consumps less data

I always switch to free view when there is no live match.

Finally, I will advise anyone who is interested in buying to go for kii pro/kiii pro which is 2/3 gig ram respectively.

Yea, Modbro, kodi, wss 2.0, spmc, YouTube etc works with it
and you have an additional option to set up free to air channels of your choice like any other free to air decoder.

Yeah but you can use an air mouse/keyboard combo (I had to buy 1 as the remote is horrible for data entry). I have a WD My net central n900 2tb. Its not a true NAS in the real sense of it but it does everything a NAS can do except raid. It also allows me to combine my router and storage. I still think the remix mini is your best bet. I recommended it to a friend and Hes enjoying it. Also, all of them are the same, just have different launchers except for the boxes with terrestial input. You will however be hard pressed to get a post 2015 box with such as wire cuttingis all the rage.

I need a remote similar to the fire TV remote because I plan to use the remix mini as a HTPC. I prefer a simple remote with few buttons- Play, fast forward and rewind buttons. I don't need a keyboard or trackpad. Which remote will you recommend?
About the NAS, how well does it handle power cuts? Have always been afraid of data corruption during such power cuts. Can one install or run programs on the NAS?

Normal dish installation for free to air
For Internet TV, you need kodi, mobdro, wss, sybla or Ustream. Kodi needs to be configured with so many addons like sportsdevil, Phoenix, champion sports and many others

For dish installation, contact your local installer
