The main issue is that any monkey can defeat Federal prosecutors in court in Nigeria. They seem not to understand neither are they equipped intellectually to handle the rigours of effective prosecution of suspects. The only tactics they use is definite incarceration that involves no brain work afterall whoever holds a gun wins.

It is sad that if you read the profiles of these prosecutors, you will mistake them for legal juggernauts because of the numerous honorary and credible appendages to their names. As I had stated on numerous occasions, they are empty barrels. Expertise is dead in Nigeria. The glaring fact is that if Buhari dies today, the case against Kanu will be squashed and he will walk free. That is Nigeria's version of arrest, trial and judgment.

How I wish these cases are tried outside Nigeria. The Nigerian prosecutors would be exposed for the tabula rasa that they are.
