I want to have 6 packs, i have keep intense exercise for 6 months but i haven't got Maximum Results please tell me the type of exercise to shift too for more real result My current every day exercise schedule Morning Jogging 30 Sit-ups 50 Bench Pressing 20 Stretch 30 Push ups 1min x 10 toe touching

Time to take it to the next level bro. Plank exercise (Target 3 minutes a day) Burpee push ups(+ start with 15 a day) Bicycle crunches (50 a day for the first week) Seated oblique twist with medicine ball(start with 30 a day) Mountain climbing with dynamic push ups Lets see how you go with the first week. At least 4 days a week. Two days on, one day off Lets go there |
