A PhD holder competently handled with his team a deadly Ebola disease that came into Nigeria through the most populous State, Lagos, such that the disease that came in for the first time in the country was effectively curtailed that it only took six life's. Nepa Bill could not handle a reoccurring meningitis disease that already has cure such that as we speak now, it has killed more than five hundred 500 Nigerians.
