Jejely I was on my own until Airtel sent me a text promising to give me 1.5gb for #500 with a duration of one month if I dial *417*2#.
After much consideration I decided to try it only to get a flash message saying I have 25m+NoPayg, I checked my balance and I noticed that #300 was deducted so I called their customer care and the lady was happy to tell me that I did their one week package of 80mb. Imagine this nonsense.

Issues like this do not happen when one uses the Union Bank SMS banking code. Just send 'Bal' to 20123 to get started

Honestly, with all the greatness coming from Union Bank of late, I don't understand how anyone still wouldn't have gotten themselves a Union Bank account.
