fratermathy:the case of kwara is the same with lagos, just as the sarakis hold kwara at ransom so do the tinubus hold lagos and the southwest to ransom.abuja should drag the first position with lagos since it is a den of thieves. |

firstking01:ok Let's. accept that education is a thing of choice... Then, a little child that has never been to school should be allowed to make the choices of wanting to go to school or not. those northern almajiris never got the chance to know the importance of education thus there leaders should be blamed for it. To me, I will assess corruption based on educational preferences By a state rather than infrastructural development. The worst form of corruption is depriving people the opportunity to know about themselves, environment and the supreme being. the only thing that can offer those is education. |

ABOKI9ja:the chunk of the blame should be on the northern government... Yea, they are trying but alot still has to be done. if the south could be more pro education why can't the north cue in they should try more to make education more acceptable in that region. they are trying but a lot still has to be done. |

The problem is people to accept Modern Education, i know a whole family that dont send their children to Schools except Islamic school thats to say Government should not be blame. Just recently governor of Kaduna declared modern education as Compulsory |

asuustrike2009:It is a subjective list based on my own findings. If you need my sources of data, I can oblige you. These States receive huge amounts of money from the FG yet have little or nothing to show for it. I also used online and newspaper reports of corrupt practices and cases to justify my list. I refrained from mentioning any name or being particular because it is not an accusation but an opinion. |

ABOKI9ja:who will sensitize the people on the need to embrace education? the awareness on the need to accept modern education should be carried out mainly By the govt then, maybe, NGOs will cue in... fratermathy:Useless list above. There is an easier way to know corrupt states. Any state where leprosy is endemic is a corrupt state because leprosy represents a total failure of democratic governance. Nigerian states where leprosy is endemic and even rising are: Jigawa Kano Kaduna Kebbi Bauchi Taraba Niger Kogi Ebonyi Abia Cross River Edo Osun Ogun Lagos |

fratermathy:HMMMM You write so much without meaning, please did you care to kind of do a study on this issue before writing all this sentimental spew. Let me educate you, the first Pogom and massacre which was first carried out in kaduna was carried out bu the south kaduna tribe of Zaman Kataf, yes This was well documented and a video tape was made with all the dead bodies before they were cleared. A massacre carried out that wiped the strangers in zangon kataf all of Hausa Fulani extraction , it was well organised and orchestrated by the natives in homes and place of worship, A panel was set up by the then militry regime of IBB and Zamani Lekwot an ex militry man stood trial for.the genocide carried out Note this is the genesis of all religious and ethnic crises in both kaduna Jos and Bauchi all are retaliatory efforts carried with the pain of the well circulated tape of the massacre in Zangon Kataf. If you ask me me i will tell you that this present issue has nothing to do with Religion but it is more or less Ethnic in nature, purely natives and settlers issue.,the only point to note is that the natives are christians and the other party is muslim.Religious mischief makers just took oppurtunity of the situatiin on ground to give it a religious tone. I can go on and on but the fact remains you know nothing about this crises |

they should try more to make education more acceptable in that region. they are trying but a lot still has to be done.
